When BioWare promised that Witch Hunt would tie up any loose ends of Morrigan’s fascinating story, I jumped at the chance to wrap things up with her. Sadly, what I got instead was a lackluster plot involving magical mirrors, some shallow new companions, rehashed scenery, and worse of all — an extremely unsatisfying ending.

You didn’t really think that you’d see the last of Morrigan in Dragon Age: Origins? Nope! BioWare just announced their upcoming DLC called Witch Hunt. It’ll be available on September 7, 2010.

Making the bounding leap from screen to shelf, Soul Calibur 3‘s Ivy and Darkstalkers‘ Morrigan are being produced as fine quality PVC models of their polygonal counterparts. For such perfection, however, buyers should not only be willing to sell their souls to these sirens, but also relinquish some seriously hard earned moolah.
