MySpace continues to die a slow death

There was a time when MySpace trumped Facebook. MySpace allowed a lot more freedom by letting users customize their pages and import graphics from all over the web. All that freedom led to a messy service that was ripe with spam and terrible design choices by its users. Facebook was more like Apple. Its interface was bright, clean and inviting. As time went on, MySpace numbers plummeted. Those decreased numbers have also led game developers to abandon MySpace in favor of Facebook.

Hopefully, by Summer 2009, Spell Souls will be available on social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace.

Spell Souls is a turn-based, magic dueling game. All players are wizards, sorcerers or shamans. The goal is to see who’s the strongest and most cunning. This is done in two ways. First is a strategic sort of game, where players can use their “friends” as warriors in battles. The second manner is in duels against other Spell Souls users, where you take turns trading blows.

If you want to register to be a potential beta tester…
