Neopets Puzzle Adventure debuts in a flash demo
Capcom must have realized that some gamers were on the fence about its upcoming DS, PC and Wii game Neopets Puzzle Adventure, because it has just released a Flash demo of the game online. So if you were curious about how a Neopets-themed puzzle RPG based on Reversi and Othello were work, get ready for a definite answer. It may even make you want to buy one of the versions of the game when it comes out on November 25, 2008.
The Neopet Puzzle Adventure takes place on a virtual DS and is surprisingly intricate. You create a character for yourself from one of twelve different species, customizing it further by picking one of six colors and its gender. It then seems like it takes you through the first puzzle of the game. After that, its basically playing Reversi/Othello, only with Neopets accents and a purpose.

Stumped by Neopets Puzzle Adventure
How, well, unusual. Capcom, Infinite interactive and Neopets have teamed up to work on a new puzzle adventure for the Wii, DS and PC – Neopets Puzzle Adventure. Bet you never expected to see that combination. Infinite Interactive previously developed the PC, PS2 and Xbox 360 versions of Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords. The puzzle game is scheduled to hit stores before the end of 2008.
Like Puzzle Quest, Neopets Puzzle Adventure will be an RPG puzzle game. Players will pick a Neopet character avatar and face off against other Neopet characters in Reversi/Othello battles. Supposedly there will be almost 150 different quests to undertake in the game and codes to earn that can be used at the Neopets website.
Playstation Store Update for the week of January 31 to February 6, 2008
This week’s additions the Playstation Store err to the low-key side. There are some more new songs for Rock Band, a demo for Conflict: Denied Ops, the remaining additional content for Folklore and the Neopets PSP game, but that’s more or less it. Sorry boys and girls, go back to playing that Devil May Cry 4 demo.
But, nevertheless, here’s a complete list of what has gone up this week.
