This week’s downloadable PlayStation 3 game is 2D arcade style Castle Crashers where players chose and customize one of four knights to go on a quest to rescue the kingdom’s princess and retrieve a stolen magic crystal from an Evil Wizard.

This week’s PlayStation Portable Download is Coconut Dodge. Control a small crab who must dodge coconuts falling from the trees while collecting coins, diamonds and keeping beach balls from touching the ground.

Namco Bandai is going for both quality and quantity with its game lineup for the 2010 Tokyo Game Show. The company is attending, of course, and has plenty planned for attendees September 16-19, 2010. You can play games, watch trailers for games being developed and pick up goods and accessories with Namco Bandai games on them. (You have to pay for the stuff though!)

This week’s the PlayStation Store is featuring the Namco Museum Essentials collection for $9.99 bringing those old arcade classics from the mall or game center right into your home with five games like Dig Dug, Pac-Man, Galaga, Xevious, Xevious Resurrection and Dragon Spirit. This game unlocks PlayStation Home rewards and trophies, and allows players to challenge their friends to beat their all-time high scores by posting the results to the net.
