CES 2011: Dynatrix’s Powerball Gyros aim to strengthen weak wrists

With our lives heavily revolving around computers these days, carpal tunnel syndrome is a serious problem. Spending hours on end at work using a mouse and keyboard has wreck havoc on some people’s wrists, causing pain to shoot up their wrists and forearms. Hell, I feel a slight twinge of pain in my forearm as I type out this story. PC gamers are also susceptible to this as they can spend hours raiding in an MMO, or running around their favorite map on an FPS. It would be great if we could strengthen our abused, weak wrists before we require surgery to fix them.

Wii Virtual Console update for March 24-30, 2008

This week, the Virtual Console is receiving two retro-tastic titles (as per the usual). We have King’s Knight on the NES and Genesis sports mash-up Powerball in a rather low-key lineup. I’m still waiting for Majora’s Mask, but hey, to each their own. All VC titles are available on the Wii Shop channel, with a fresh batch arriving every Monday at 9 AM PST. Wii points can be purchased at a rate of $1 for 100 points. The new games bring the North American count to 212.
