Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood! comes with pins, not panties

There’s some good news and bad news for NIS fans ready to preorder Prinny 2: Dawn of Operation Panties, Dood!. Despite the fact that it would be absolutely hilarious, preorders of Prinny 2 will not come with a pair of panties. (The game is about a prinny trying to retrieve Etna’s stolen underwear.) Instead, you’ll get a rather striking Asagi pin when you preorder the PSP game from the NIS America Online Store…

NIS releases cheapest DLC ever for Prinny 2: Dawn of the Great Pantsu War

Prinny 2: Dawn of the Great Pantsu War, the sequel to the pretty popular PSP side-scroller Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?, debuted in Japan on March 25, 2010. Now, thanks to NIS, there’s DLC available. But it isn’t just any DLC – it’s ¥10 (10¢) DLC. Yes, if you literally have some spare change, you can pick up an incredibly affordable new weapon for the Prinny or Prinny Asagi to use.

The weapon is the Makai Daikon Rensha Yousei-san Tsuki. (That’s Demon Radish Turbo Fire Fairy.) When either the Prinny or Prinny Asagi equip the Makai Daikon, they begin fighting off enemies with a giant, turbo firing radish instead of their normal weapons. The Prinny will use it for the entire level, but Asagi will ditch the Makai Daikon if she finds another weapon. There’s no word on if Prinny Laharl can also use the Makai Daikon…

Gamertell Review: Sony’s PSPgo handheld game system

At the asking price of $249, the PSPgo is a Siren of game devices, offering a lot of sexy style without a lot of substance. There’s no UMD backwards compatibility at this time, leaving anyone with a large collection out in the cold or having to be re-charged admission.

Opening the box of the PSPgo almost feels like unboxing a cell phone especially since the device is much smaller than the previous PSPs and is about the size of an iPod Touch. You flip open the top and there the device is, looking back at you in all it’s $249 glory. Truth be told, love it or loath it, the PSPgo is one sexy piece of hardware and you definitely get that feeling the first time you set eyes on it.

Prinny cross stitch

The timing worked out perfectly with this cross stitch, as it can now be considered a way to celebrate the great news of Disgaea for the DS. It is a standard blue prinny from the original Disgaea PS2 title. I’ve always adored the prinnies and thought they were adorable, plus I’d wanted to try a more advanced sprite, so it seemed like a perfectly natural choice for a cross stitch pattern.
