A definite date hasn’t been announced, but redspotgame is now taking preorders and promising that the title will be in your hands before the end of October, 2008. Wind and Water: Puzzle Battles is a puzzle game that both English and Japanese speaking Dreamcast owners will be able to easily enjoy.

Wind and Water: Puzzle Battles is going to cost $35.25 through redspotgames’ online shop. Since redspotgames actually created the game, its probably the best place to go to when purchasing it as well. Redspotgames also created the Dreamcast shooter Last Hope, and still carries that game for $44.76…
