Rockstar and Take-Two sued over GTA yet again

Rockstar and Take-Two are on the receiving end of a lawsuit that was filed on December 6, 2010. The suit was filed by Michael “Shagg” Washington and claims Rockstar stole his image and ideas that went into creating the lead character in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Washington’s history includes providing back-up vocals on the Cypress Hill Smokin’ Grooves tour in 1997, and working as a stage technician. Washington is seeking $250 million in damages.

Take Two settles Hot Coffee class action lawsuit
