Wadgeteye has been working hard to get it’s popular Blackwell series to work on Steam and they finally got there.

Review: Blackwell Deception for PC

What better partner can a detective have than a ghost? Well, Rosa is not actually a detective but a medium who helps ghosts pass over. However, it seems she can’t help these ghosts without doing a little detective work first with a lot of help from her spirit guide Joey.

Rosa decides to meet up with an old friend but instead finds him dead. Now she must go on a wild goose chase to find out who killed him and the crazy link the killer has to several other spirits and a fake psychic…

Duo of deadly Discovery Channel series coming to consoles in the next year or two

Two of Discovery Channel’s most popular series, Man vs. Wild and Deadliest Catch, are being turned into video games. Discovery Communications is working closely with publisher Crave to adapt both series.

Man vs. Wild is a survival series featuring British adventurer Bear Grylls. In this series, Bear pits himself in inhospitable locations using only basic tools to survive, create a shelter and find his way back to civilization. The upcoming Man vs. Wild game will not feature Bear but will present the player with similar situations as the ones portrayed in the show and will require them to use the skills taught by Bear and his guidance to survive.

Well, Tim Kring, executive producer and creator of NBC’s Emmy and Golden Globe nominated epic saga, Heroes is hosting a live webcast on September 21, 2009, at 7 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), an hour before the highly anticipated Season 4 Premiere.”

Alternate Disc-Tractions: Battlestar Galactica Season 4.5 DVD review

The final season of the groundbreaking revamp TV series, Battlestar Galactica, wraps up all of the mysteries, visions and even relationships that had been developing throughout the series. Even with all the bonus footage, extended episodes and commentary tracks, that doesn’t mean the ending will make any more sense.

But do not despair. This is the perfect followup to the amazing first half of the final season and a beautiful, even if somewhat intentionally enigmatic conclusion to the series.

Gamertell Review: The Horus Heresy: False Gods by Graham McNeill

Title: The Horus Heresy: False GodsAuthor: Graham McNeillPublisher: The Black LibraryRelease Date: 2006Price: $7.99Rating: One thumb up and one down, 79/100, C+, ** 1/2 out of five.Pros: Incredible writing, great story, memorable characters are built up more, hard-hitting descriptionCons: Same problem most sequels have. Too much attention to smaller details and it occasionally blocks out the story. Also inconsistently deals with characters.Overall: It’s full of flaws but for a sequel it’s worth the money.

With False Gods, Graham McNeil has written a great second installment to the Horus Heresy series that tries too hard to outshine Dan Abnett’s Horus Rising.
