EA and Suda 51 are working together to craft a new action game for the PS3 and Xbox 360, Shadows of the Damned. The project was announced at the 2010 Tokyo Game Show, with concept art and a debut trailer. EA has also pretty much confirmed a US release, since an English Shadows of the Damned website opened today…

That’s right Suda 51 fans, the DS remake of the Playstation 2 game that was previously only slated for Europe has now been confirmed by XSEED and Marvelous to be coming to North America sometime in 2009.

Flower, Sun, and Rain is known for taking the repeat-the-last-day time mechanic and adding Suda’s twisted storyline involving terrorists, a sunny resort, and of course, Lucha Libre-masked bad guys…
