Mass Misinterpretation: Jaffe *not* champion of single console crusade
The idea of a one console gaming system in the future has been drawing mixed reactions across the internet lately.
The creator of God of War, David Jaffe, started a blog asking readers why having a one console system is a bad idea. Nothing wrong in that. The single system debate that has been circulating the web since October 19, 2007, when EA’s Gerhard Florin told BBC News that having one console gaming system would make it easier on game developers having to create compatible copies of their games for multiple systems.
Somehow, many of the headlines on the internet paint Jaffe as an advocate or supporter of the one console game system idea, leading to even more blog posts questioning Jaffe’s original post…

Stop blaming the dog for making your Wii turn blue
For months I had been blaming my dog – not for that – for turning on my game systems when I wasn’t looking.
I figured she was sniffing around or walking by the consoles and either her nose or her happily waging tail hit one of the easy-to-press power buttons. I hadn’t seen it happen but I knew neither my dog nor gremlins were playing my Xbox 360, PS3 or my Wii. (I’d kicked the gremlins out years ago.)
