TGS 2010: Don’t play the 3rd Birthday demo just to destroy Aya’s clothes

And now, for a Tokyo Game Show 2010 public service announcement from The 3rd Birthday director Hajime Tanabata, straight from The 3rd Birthday‘s Twitter account. The TGS 2010 The 3rd Birthday demo is designed to help people see how the game will play and give a hint at unique features and story aspects. Okay, that isn’t exactly what Tanabata said over The 3rd Birthday‘s Twitter, but it’s surprisingly close…

It’s a good thing too, because it’s going to need every bit of space it can get. If not, then stop by Square Enix’s E3 2010 webpage to get a hint at what’s coming!

So let’s stop talking and start looking at Square Enix’s E3 2010 offerings…

Aya Brea returns in The 3rd Birthday

At Square Enix’s 2008 DKΣ3713 party, they announced a great tidbit for Parasite Eve fans – The 3rd Birthday will be released on the PSP. Previously, the Parasite Eve side story was announced as a cell phone exclusive, which most likely would have made it a Japan-only release. However, the game is now being developed for cell phones and the PSP.

The 3rd Birthday isn’t considered an whole extra entry in the series, and so isn’t Parasite Eve III. It is a side story starring Aya Brea, star of the previous Parasite Eve games, as she investigates a freakish character known only as Twisted, in New York City. A game teaser trailer was shown at DKΣ3713.
