Ok, this is the one case where the term “Shell-ebration” can be used unironically, and I won’t cringe. Destructoid is reporting on Ubisoft’s official announcement that a new TMNT game is in the works for the Nintendo Wii. According to a very enthusiastic press release, the game will be developed by Super Smash Bros. Brawl dev Game Arts, and is meant to commemorate the Turtles’ 25th anniversary. The few screens look fairly brawler or fighter-like, but the graphics look pretty nice for a Wii title. I know that’s a cliche, but truth is truth.

A lot of lesser known, smaller games got their moments in the sun at the Game Developers Conference, but that didn’t mean there wasn’t any love for more established, smaller sized games.
