Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies provides bite-sized scares December 1
Like it or not, the zombie mode in Treyarch’s Call of Duty games is too popular and lucrative for Activision to ignore. When the publisher can’t tempt the dollars away from you on a console or PC, you’d better believe it’s going after you on iOS instead. As such, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies will be making its way to the Apple App Store in mere hours. If you happen to be reading this on December 1, it’s already available for $6.99.
If you’d waited to buy Call of Duty: Black Ops, you could’ve gotten free DLC
Shhh! Do you hear that? That sound is the sound of probably a couple thousand new Call of Duty: Black Ops owners crying out in pain. Do you know why they’re in pain? It’s because Activision has just announced special Call of Duty: Black Ops Limited Edition releases for the PS3 and Xbox 360 that cost the same as the current standard edition.
If these people hadn’t been so darn impatient to buy a game that came out eight months ago, they could have picked up a $59.99 special edition that includes the first DLC map pack…
Annihilation is the next Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC map pack
Hey, that Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC leak yesterday was for real! It turns out that a new map pack is going to be released soon. Like, two weeks soon. Rumor: New Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC leaked by GameStop ad
I hope all you Call of Duty players are prepared for another map pack, because it looks like Treyarch and Activision have another one planned. As it was with the previous Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC pack, Escalation, it seems the next pack may have been leaked as well. This leak wasn’t as good though, as it only managed to reveal the five maps that will be included in the new add-on. The leaked image’s picture quality is horrible, but it looks authentic. You should probably remain cautiously optimistic.
Digital Warfare 24/7 first came across this GameStop ad…

Xbox 360 owners better keep their eyes open for sales on Microsoft Point cards this month. GAME Australia may have just leaked information about the next Call of Duty: Black Ops DLC. Call of Duty Black Ops best selling Xbox Live title of 2010

Director of Xbox Live Programming Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb confirmed the news in his blog. In a year packed with big name games such as Halo: Reach, the latest COD installment proved its supremacy.
Brace your PS3s for Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike DLC
PS3 owners once again miss out on preferential treatment with Call of Duty: Black Ops. Not only do they have to endure bugs and glitches, they have to wait longer for their DLC. Granted, the forthcoming First Strike DLC a rather minor add-on that just adds a handful of new maps to the game, but still. It’s the principle of the thing! It’d be nice if everyone could get the first DLC pack at the same time.
First Strike gives Call of Duty: Black Ops players access to five new areas on March 3, 2011…
