A couple days ago, we told you about how Angry Birds will be involved in cross promotional advertising for the upcoming film Rio. Today, Doodle Jump has also teamed with a major movie studio for a tie-in. Hop, which will be released on April 1, 2011, will lend its leading bunny to Doodle Jump as a character in an Easter level. Clever huh?
Sony, Universal Pictures create media vending machine called PoP
The PoP 24-hour entertainment vending machine is a service brought to us by Universal Pictures and Sony that allows us to purchase games, DVD’s, Blu-ray movies and music around the clock. It’s essentially a vending machine that dispenses media instead of candy or soda. The interface is entirely touch-screen enabled and separates products into games, movies and music categories.

I don’t know about you but when I’m driving I often wonder what my car would look like with a .50 caliber Gatling gun sticking out from my hood. Due to a few pesky laws, that fantasy will only live in my mind.
