Red Faction: Armageddon isn’t always a serious affair. After all, the game is developed by Volition, the same developer behind the Saint’s Row franchise. The first step to lighten the serious atmosphere in Red Faction: Armageddon was the inclusion of Mr. Toots, the unicorn that shoots deadly rainbows from its rear. Today THQ revealed Sketch Mode for Red Faction: Armageddon with A-Ha’s “Take On Me” supplying the audio.

Earlier this month, Sony revealed that we’ll be able to play as Kratos’ brother Deimos in God of War III. There is a catch. Deimos will only be available through a download code on specially marked boxes of God of War: Ghost of Sparta. PSPgo owners can also get a code if the game is downloaded between November 2-9, 2010. When you do, you can play through God of War III again with Deimos as the main character.

EA Sports has announced a promotion with Doritos to bring 3-D play to Madden NFL 11. Specially marked bags of Doritos have a code that unlocks 3-D Mode. The bags have a huge Madden 11 logo and arrived in stores this week. You can’t miss them.
