Wow! This is obviously a good year for classic Square games. First, we get Xenogears on the PSN on February 22, 2011. Now, a week later, Vagrant Story will be added to the PlayStation Store on March 1, 2011. Not too bad…

If you live in Europe, then you’re going to be able to pick up a pretty awesome version of Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together next month on February 25, 2011. Buyers won’t just get a standard edition of the PSP game, they will get a premium edition that comes packed with lots of extra goodies. The initial price was £34.99 (~$56) for just the game, so all the extra content makes Tactics Ogre look even better…

As you may recall, a week ago Gamertell featured a list detailing some of the original PlayStation games which deserved to be added to the PlayStation Store as PSOne classics. This week, we’re running with that idea again. Only this time, we’re focusing on RPGs that should be in the PlayStation Store. After all, the original PlayStation was famous for all of the phenomenal RPGs that appeared on it.

It won’t be as in-depth a look at the games and reasons for their inclusions, but instead a brief overview stating, “Hey, this deserves to be in the PlayStation Store because ______________.”

So let’s go through, in alphabetical order, 20 RPGs should become PSOne classics…
