Androids are now being recruited to defend Home from a new alien threat. Aliens have been spotted abducting small animals and threatening Home residents. In much the same fashion as the zombie vs humans and hamster vs humans battles, there’s going to be a dance-a-thon to see who stays and who goes on PS Home. This Valentine’s Day, help Jerry meet his quota and keep his job by finding the love letters he left in the mall. Have a friend help you match the clothing of the person described in the letter and take a photo in the photo booth located below the spiral stairs on the first floor of the mall for a reward. Since Sony’s Home it opened its doors, I’ve been exploring the different things you can do in home besides shopping, chatting with friends and hanging out at the bowling alley arcades (for all the freebies you can unlock playing Ice Breaker, Carriage Return and Echochrome, of course).

Several events have already been started in celebration of Street Fighter IV, Killzone 2, Resident Evil 5, Warhawk and SOCOM.

Just another typical week at the Playstation Store. Nothing really worth mentioning on the list this time, except that the name of the new James Bond flick reminds me far too much of a Castlevania title. I eagerly await its sequel, Symphony of the Soviets.

The Playstation Store reopens with a bang and by “a bang,” I mean a new layout and a $40 uberdemo, Gran Turismo 5: Prologue. It’s pretty, I guess, though I’m more of an arcade racing freak and get more than my fair share of real-world physics from commuting.

On the good side, it really brings out the old-timer in me since it reminds so much of shareware except much more expensive. Be sure to register, boys and girls.

For the rest, along with the usual Rock Band stuff, Warhawk is getting some expansive love.
