World War II: Road to Victory 1.30 patch makes the game more challenging, doesn’t explain how

Matrix Games and IQ Software’s World War II: Road to Victory has another update incoming. If you’ve been keeping up with the game patches, then you’ll know its time for 1.30. That’s pretty quick, considering the last patch (1.210) arrived November 13, 2008, and the patch before that (1.201) was released way back on August 21, 2008.

The actual changes and improvements added to World War II: Road to Victory by the 1.30 patch are a bit vague. Supposedly it improves computer controlled opponent’s AI and makes the game more realistic, but the site and press release don’t say how the NPC intelligence improves or what makes the game seem more real…
