At HomeTechTell, we’re all about design-oriented AV solutions as homeowners demand products that perform well and look great or are altogether hidden. And while we haven’t heard these new speakers from Soundfreaq, we can’t deny, they’re pretty fun to look at.
The Double Spot ($119, above) is a mid-century modern-inspired stereo speaker designed for the home. It streams music via Bluetooth, is built with a USB power port for quick phone charging, and offers line in for any device with a 3.5mm headphone jack. If you want to make it portable, a seven-hour battery will be available for $39, making it convenient to move from room to room. Available this summer.
Soundfreaq will also offer a sneak peek of the 2014 Novogratz Collection, the second collection of a limited edition line of speakers designed by HGTV’s Robert and Cortney Novogratz (below). Soundfreaq first partnered with The Novogratz in October 2012 to create a line of speakers that incorporated the Novogratz’ fashion-inspired design concepts with Soundfreaq’s line of Bluetooth speakers to serve the style conscious music lover. All will be unveiled next week at the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show.
