Sony is expanding its 3D lineup with the 60-inch ($4,700), 55-inch ($3,700) and 46-inch ($2,700) NX810 series of TVs. The new models boast all of the features of the Sony NetBox SMP-N100 built-in, as well as LED edge lighting, which can be adjusted to achieve much truer black levels. While not having the precision of local-dimming LED backlighting, it’s a good compromise between more traditional CCFL tubes and the high end.

All the sets feature an ambient light sensor for automatic light control, the ever-controversial MotionFlow technology (perfect for making all of your favorite movies look like cheap soap operas, if you’re into that sort of thing), built in Wi-Fi, and a sleek black aesthetic. Rumor has it that these televisions will also carry an exclusive offer for the Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland on Blu-ray 3D.
