April is football season again with the release of Friday Night Lights: The Fifth Season (on DVD only, unfortunately) on April 5. The DVD will include a yearbook as part of its bonus features, as well as deleted scenes, The Lights Go Out featurette, and commentaries on select episodes, such as “Don’t Go” with director Michael Waxman and “Always” with executive producer and showrunner Jasin Katims.
