In addition to the previously announced 40th anniversary release of A Clockwork Orange on Blu-ray, Warner Bros. is set to release the Stanley Kubrick: Limited Edition Collection, a nine-film, 10-disc Blu-ray set on May 31 for $148.95. Filmography includes Spartacus (1960); Lolita (1962); Dr. Strangelove (1964); 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968); A Clockwork Orange: 40th Anniversary Edition (1971); Barry Lyndon (1975); The Shining (1980); Full Metal Jacket (1987); and Eyes Wide Shut (1999).
Each movie disc will have a number of special features, such as behind-the-scenes footage, deleted scenes, pop-up trivia, inside looks, and several featurettes focused on each movie. A Clockwork Orange will include a second disc with Jan Harlan’s Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures.
