SurgeX XN240SurgeX has added 240-volt whole-home surge elimination to its product line with the XN240. The XN240 protects against surges and transients that can degrade AV system performance. Installation requires the unit to be hard wired as a subpanel at the service entrance or equipment room, and therefore it doesn’t take up space in rack systems.

The XN240 not only provides protection for an entire circuit; it also provides much needed protection for 240-volt components, like larger projectors and ultra-massive plasma displays. The SurgeX XN240 is the higher-powered addition to the NEMA line, building on the previous model, the XN120.
