AutonomicAutonomic Controls has announced support for Amazon’s Cloud storage service. Autonomic’s MMS 2 and MMS 5 media servers will work with Amazon’s Cloud thanks to a free firmware upgrade expected to be released in the second quarter of 2011.

MMS users will have instant access to their Amazon.com purchases. The MMS system will automatically upload new content and then sync to all Autonomic servers. The MMS systems are also compatible with Pandora, TuneIn Radio, and SiriusXM Internet Radio.

Amazon is offering 5GB of free storage on the Cloud and a free upgrade to 20GB of storage for customers who purchase an MP3 album from Amazon.com. For more information about the Amazon Cloud visit Amazon, and for information about Autonomic media servers visit Autonomic.
