Paradigm Millenia LP dressed and undressedWho says the show ain’t over until the fat lady sings? This ultra-slim new offering from Paradigm proves that skinny bitches can be showstoppers, too.

Measuring in at a mere 1.5 inches, the Paradigm Reference Millenia LP packs a lot of oomph into her petite frame. In addition to an S-PAL satin-anodized pure aluminum dome tweeter, each speaker boasts curved, mica-infused polypropylene bass/midrange cones, along with oodles of the award-winning technological mojo that makes Paradigm speakers sound like they do. (Which, in case you haven’t heard, is really good.)

Dual high-velocity passive radiators also ensure that the base isn’t as anemic as you’d guess based on appearances alone, and the Millenia LP is designed to mate beautifully with Paradigm’s Seismic 110 subwoofer for extra woofage.

What’s more, the Millenia LP is designed to be mounted horizontally or vertically, for use as either a left-right speaker flanking that super-slim flat panel TV you’ve been drooling over, or a center channel beneath.

Price: $499
