Polk Audio is unveiling a number of products at the 2012 Consumer Electronics Show, including the I-Sonic Entertainment System 3 (IES3) tabletop audio unit. The IES3 features higher power amplification and new DSP processing.

The IES3’s I-Sonic Speaker Technology provides a four-speaker array for enhanced stereo imaging, even if the listener is sitting behind the system. Audio from iPods and iPhones should also benefit from Polk’s PowerPort Bass venting technology. And the IES3 offers its performances in a small package: the unit is just over 14 inches wide, 9 inches deep, and only 5 inches high.

The IES3 includes a universal dock for portal audio players and smart phones, as well as a 20-station AM/FM tuner. The system also features an auxiliary input for external sources and a clock with a snooze/sleep alarm and timer. The IES3’s LCD display shows artist, title, and commercial fields.

Polk’s I-Sonic Entertainment System 3 will be available in the spring of 2012 for a suggested retail price of $299.95. For more information visit Polk Audio or call 866.764.1801.
