Wreck It Ralph was a big hit this fall for Disney, and with the closure of Disney Movies Online, speculation has been rampant that it would be the first Disney release to support UltraViolet.

Now there’s even more reason to believe it will do so. On February 12, almost a full month before the retail Blu-ray release, Ralph will be available in both 2D and 3D formats through online VOD streaming services.

Due to the fact that VUDU is probably on the short list of suspects for digital delivery of the film, given that they are one of the only providers of 3D streams over the internet, and that they are a huge backer of UltraViolet, this is yet another clue that Disney is going the UltraViolet route.

What I’m really curious about is who out there is paying $15-25 for these early releases, but since the program is expanding, it’s obviously someone.
