Colleague Jeff O’Heir of Dealerscope sat down recently for an exclusive Q&A with Innovative Technology founder Corey Lieblein to discuss the company’s history, changes in the consumer electronics market, and IT’s new Justin Case line of power-providing tablet and mobile device cases.
Some say Innovative Technology, a CE vendor based in Port Washington, N.Y., is one of the biggest manufacturers of accessories and audio products that you’ve never heard of.
Corey Lieblein, who founded the company in 2001, is hoping to change that with the launch of the Justin line of tablet power cases (MSRP $69.99). The launch kicks off June 7 on QVC with eight flavors of the Justin PowerCase for iPads, followed two weeks later with a general retail release throughout North America. Innovative Technology’s 2014 roadmap includes more than 70 products in the Justin line.
