LG 55EA9800 Curved OLED TVs Come Racing Into Stores, Too

It’s a big day for curved OLED news! Hot on the heels of Samsung’s $14,999 US debut, LG has announced that its identically priced 55EA9800 will be available at select Magnolia Home Theater Best Buy stores. Via Stephen Silver at Dealerscope:

LG 55EA9800 Curved OLED TVLG Electronics Monday announced that it will soon begin selling its first OLED TVs in the U.S. The company held a launch event at Best Buy’s flagship Magnolia Design Center in Richfield, Minn.

The product is a 54.6-inch curved OLED TV, called model 55EA9800. It will retail for $14,999, when it debuts at Magnolia stores in several U.S. cities.

The OLED TV will come to New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Chicago, Seattle and San Antonio in the coming weeks, with more locations to come later.
