Planet Audio’s new ACR124D subwoofer
OXNARD, CA – Planet Audio has introduced three new automotive subwoofers featuring blue chrome treated poly-injection woofer cones, butyl rubber surrounds, “open design” stamped baskets and dual 4-Ohm voice coils.
The 15-inch ACR154D has a power handling of 2400-watts peak and 1200-watts continuous. Frequency response is rated 24Hz-1.5KHz with an efficiency of 96 dB at 1 watt. It has a mounting depth of 6 and 3/8th inches and features a 2-inch voice coil former.
The 12-inch ACR124D has a power handling of 2200-watts peak and 1100-watts continuous. Frequency response is rated 28Hz-2.5Hz with an efficiency of 95 dB at 1 watt. It has a mounting depth of 5.25-inches and also has a 2-inch voice coil former.
The 10inch ACR104D has a power handling of 2000-watts peak and 1000-watts continuous. Frequency response is rated 35Hz-3Hzwith an efficiency of 96 dB at 1 watt. It has a mounting depth of 4 and 7/8th inches and features a 1.5-inch voice coil former.
