Kicker PXiBT50.2 Amplified Controller with Bluetooth

STILLWATER, OK – Last year Kicker introduced a solution for adding tunes to vehicles not equipped with a typical head unit like hot rods, ATVs, and watercraft. Now the PXiBT50.2 Amplified Controller works with all media devices via Bluetooth streaming.

The PXiBT50.2 is a weather-resistant way for users to enjoy their personal soundtracks through streaming audio and without a traditional head unit.

The small-footprint, “brain” and amplifier unit connects with any Bluetooth-compatible media device, delivering 50 watts of power (25w x 2 at 2 Ohms) to any aftermarket audio system in most vehicles.

The device is a way to bring entertainment to hot rods, motorcycles, boats, golf carts, farm tractors, snowmobiles, ATVs or even riding lawnmowers. The tiny amplifier can be mounted or hidden, and its low current draw is perfect for small charging systems. A wired remote that handles volume and on/off power can be positioned within easy reach.

It includes mounting hardware for handlebars or flush-style for vehicle dashes. A USB connector provides hard-wired, five-volt charging.

The PXiBT50.2 features powered speaker outputs for adding a pair of speakers, resulting in a complete audio system. For an intensified audio result, it also provides line-level outputs and can be used with multiple or higher-powered amplifiers in a bigger system.
