Around this time of year is when car audio enthusiasts get excited for the product they have been ogling since CES.  Well, MTX is unleashing its latest crop of amplifiers in this round of new product shipping.  One nice thing is how well they blend with MTX’s new subwoofers for a uniform look for a really clean installation.  You just a need an amplifier bridge to join a Thunder 1000.1 and a 75.4 and you’ll have the basis for an incredible sound system.

THUNDER Series Amplifiers Now Shipping

PHOENIX, AZ – March 1st, 2013 -MTX Audio, the leader in high performance mobile, home, and marine audio solutions, announced today that the new THUNDER Series amplifiers, originally debuted at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show are now in stock and shipping. The new THUNDER series amplifiers combine a small chassis with high power output to deliver an excellent value for car audio enthusiasts everywhere.


The THUNDER series amplifiers are built on the proven framework of the TD series, one of the most reliable amp platforms in the 12volt industry. These new models incorporate new cosmetics that blend perfectly with the soon to be shipping 55 and 35 series subwoofers. The line includes three amplifiers; two mono blocks and a four channel. Each model utilizes a dual sided fiberglass PCB as well as surface mount technology that enhances efficiency and reliability.
