STILLWATER, OK – Kicker Performance Audio attended the 30th annual World Trade Conference in Midwest City, Oklahoma, April 11, to accept the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Export Achievement Certificate for its ability to effectively penetrate international markets for distribution of its mobile-audio products.

“We truly live in a global marketplace, which means our products have the opportunity to be enjoyed everywhere in the world,” KICKER Director of International Sales Bart Deal said. “This award illustrates the tireless dedication by our company at large to engage the global marketplace head-on.”

The award was created to recognize small- to medium-sized companies that have successfully entered into the worldwide marketplace. Currently, KICKER’s export sales are managed through a network of distributors serving over 2,000 dealers in approximately 50 countries.

During this premier conference that is one of the highlights of World Trade Month, KICKER also had the opportunity to learn how to succeed and prosper in an ever-expanding global economy. World Trade Month is celebrated nationwide with state and local events ensuring the competitiveness of U.S. business through international trade.

“The conference was attended by a large variety of Oklahoma manufacturers from energy companies to consumer-electronics companies,” Deal said. “This gave us the opportunity to share global experiences and glean information we can use to help our future efforts around the world.”
