Next month starts the most attended trade show in Vegas- the International CES (Consumer Electronics Show). So what are the automakers doing there? Well, they will be showing off their latest wares. As cutting edge car technology is starting to move away from the NAIAS (North American International Auto Show), Vegas is becoming the most popular destination for both automakers and bachelor parties.
According to Steve Kidera, Manager of Industry Communications for the CEA “We’ll have a record number of top automotive manufacturers exhibit at the 2013 International CES. Eight of the top 10 manufacturers will be showcasing their latest technologies, including Audi, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Hyundai, Kia, Lexus and Subaru, a first time CES exhibitor.”
We are excited to see what the automobile manufacturers bring, as well as what the aftermarket counters with. Our man Lyndon posted on this same subject last month and the tension that ensues. We just hope everyone can just get along for the better of our rides.
